Chloe's helped me to throw my husband the BEST 40th birthday party! It was a resounding success and I'm so grateful to have found this venue... guests were asking me all night how I knew about Chloe's and commenting how cool it was. I don't know why most event venue staff does not like replying to emails and phone calls. I'm trying to give you my money... take my money! Working with Sarah was a breath of fresh air. Sarah made everything easy, always replied to my emails within the same business day, and answered all of my questions in detail. When I asked if I could see the space before the event, she arranged for the other Sarah to give me a tour. Chloe's is hidden right inside the Golden Road brewery complex, and it's an indoor, air-conditioned British pub-themed venue with a pool table, 2 floors, plenty of tables and booths, a fireplace, and kids' games. The party packages they offer are totally customizable and with tons of options; abundant menu choices, buffet packages or passed appetizers, different bar packages, and the option to add on different venue areas (like the biergarten, etc) if they were available. The indoor space itself seemed perfect for my 90 guests. Nothing ever seemed like a cash grab; Sarah gave honest recommendations, such as telling me that using whatever was leftover in my minimum event spend after food would be a better deal to use toward a hosted bar tab rather than the AYCD bar packages. The staff had every detail covered, and approached me throughout the night to tell me where the bar tab was and ask if I wanted to add funds, recommending that we cut the cake so they'd have enough time to plate it, and they put out personalized directional signs for guests. I was able to arrive an hour early to decorate and had pretty free reign over decorations as long as I used their paint-safe tape. Sarah connected my Spotify playlist to the sound system with her phone so that we could have our own tunes without worrying about it on my phone. They're also super flexible with any vendors and decorations (bands, DJs, balloon arches, etc!) I ended up hiring a photographer who set up in the Snug room for photo shoots and prints. As for the FOOD... we went with the taco bar, added esquites, guac and chips, and for desserts, we ordered churros, vanilla donut bites, and chocolate-covered strawberries. The party was last weekend and my guests are still telling me how delicious all of the food was. We were able to pack up leftovers to bring home, too. I would 100% recommend Chloe's to anyone; it was the most reasonable deal for an event space and the staff was SO cool to work with that I got to enjoy our own party and not stress. The only 2 things that would have made it a perfect day were: they use a POS (point of sale, not the other acronym!) system that requires 2 cards max to be used for payment on the day of the event. I would have really liked to send payments toward the total balance before the event, like I did for my wedding and other large parties I've thrown, and not have to worry about it the day of. Because it was a large transaction, one of my cards was flagged for fraud and it was a problem to contact my CC company that late at night. Another issue was that the AC was out in the Snug room where the photo booth was set up, the team wasn't aware of it until that day and it was HOT. Other than those minor issues, Chloe's and Golden Road still deserve 5 stars. I hope to work with them on another event!

I celebrated my 50th birthday at Golden Road Brewery in the Chloe room and I have to say it's an awesome venue. All my guest loved it, some that go to Golden Road to eat and drink were surprised the Chloe existed. Such a great place to book an event. The staff Andrew, JP and Renata were awesome! They were friendly and catering to me and my guest as well as my kids. Although I booked last minute (surprisingly the venue was available), and never having the experience to book an event like this, which I've heard can be very stressful, Sarah made the whole process very easy and stress free.. If you're looking to book an event this is the place! I had the option to book the Chloe or the Biergarten, but hands down the Chloe was for me. It's quite large since they have a downstairs with the bar that sits about 75 which comes with a nice little room called the snug (could be a nice photo room), then there's an upstairs with a pool table that sits up to 125 I believe. In addition since nobody rented the barrel room (with arcade games) they included it in the package as well as the 4ft connect 4 and jenga for the kids to play. I guess I just got lucky with timing. Truthfully blessed to have celebrated at an awesome venue with a great turnout! Thank you Golden Road!!!!

We had such a positive experience planning our event with Golden Road. Everything was beyond our expectations! Communication was easy, all questions were answered, we felt supported in any of our concerns and heard in terms of our needs. And then the event space ended up being incredible. Amazing staff, delicious food and generosity in every corner. We would totally book this space again. Best kept secret in LA!

My company had their holiday party at Golden Road. We rented the Biergarten and the Barrel Room and it was plenty of space. Heat lamps and lawn games outside, food served inside with arcade games. Sarah McDermott was extraordinarily helpful with planning the details, making menu suggestions when we were stumped on what to order. Sarah, Renata, Caleb and Ashley were the staff assigned to our event and they were amazing. Everything from getting our holiday Spotify playlist working, to whipping out non-alcoholic beer for those of us who don't drink, they thought of everything. Amazing value and service.

We booked Chloe's at Golden Road for our our 20 year high school reunion. I had been to Golden Road with coworkers for happy hour in the past, but I didn't know about Chloe's until I was researching possible venues for the reunion. I'm so glad I found it! The Events Manager Sarah was quick to provide information and answer all of our inquiries (all conveniently via e-mail). Everything was done electronically and the process was seamless. We had been told we could set up 30 minutes before the event - on the day of the event, we arrived a little earlier, but they were very accommodating and let us start setting up early. However, there really wasn't much to do because the venue is already charmingly decorated and the team was so friendly & helpful! Big shout out to Renata and Ashley! They connected our custom Spotify playlist, helped plan out the timeline of events (mostly importantly, when food would come out), and kept us updated throughout the night (without us having to ask). The food was so good, too! We had an amazing night - at the end, a lot of people didn't want to leave! Everyone has been giving us positive feedback about the reunion, mostly about how wonderful the venue was. Thank you so much!

I didn't realize this place existed and when I found out I made the best decision of my life to reach out about having my rehearsal dinner for my wedding here. It. Was. AWESOME! First of all, I don't know what it is with other venues, but getting Anyone to email you back for an event request is like pulling teeth - not at all the case with Sarah McDermott. She was GREAT! Sarah was on top of it from the get-go, answered all my questions promptly, and helped me set up a really cool rehearsal dinner for my out of town guests and family members. Plus the staff was INCREDIBLE. Look I had my nerves about me because who doesn't when you have a million family members mixing with new family members and out-of-town guests, but JP, Sarah (different from the organizer but equally as awesome), and Renata treated us really well, and kept me... hydrated. I was so excited and overwhelmed I barely got to eat, but they provided to-go boxes which I thankfully took advantage of, and can CONFIRM the food is bomb as well. I highly recommend the fried platter and taco bar. Those birria tacos, are UNREAL. Even the vegan brownies (For all our LA friends pretending to not eat fried chicken) and those donut holes, come onnnnn! So! GOOD! Thank you to everyone on the team for making the most fun and relaxing rehearsal dinner for all my crazy guests. We appreciate you all, and I personally appreciate you for keeping me running with all the lovely guava ciders!

Yes yes very very good very very much good food and very very much good staff very very good indoor space and very very good every time I go and very very much good times when I'm there so if you want to be able to make good time of your life with your family also bring them to here and they will also have a very very much good time too and you can also say yes is very very good

Good place to meet with friends and co-workers. Chill vibes and good food with plenty of vegan options. Highly recommend the vegan pub pretzel with the mango M'osa (Mango Cart beer with champagne). The outdoor area is spacious and there are lawn games to play.

What can I say! WOW! Absolutely blown away. I had my wedding reception here on 4/22/22 and it was truly the best night of my life. Coolest party I've ever been to...but I threw it so there's that! First off...Sarah McDermott was incredible to work with. Answering every single question I had. And I had a ton! I communicated with her for about 8 months and everything was great. We did our tasting in February and I knew from there that I definitely made the right choice in choosing this venue. Day of...a blast! Appetizers. Dinner. Drinks. It was all beyond my expectations. For appetizers, we served pretzels, crab cakes, cream cheese wontons and charcuterie boards. Absolutely delicious. Dinner, we served oven roasted chicken breast, pan seared salmon and Korean style baby back ribs. Sides were baby field greens salad, truffle Parmesan mashed potatoes, balsamic roasted veggies and artisan rolls. Everyone raves about the food. So delicious. People are still talking about the ribs! Desserts...we had our own cake in addition to mini churro, chocolate covered strawberries and mini cheesecakes. Huge wins for those as well. Beers, wine and champagne. Can't complain there. They added strawberry cart to the rotating tap and it was a hit! The venue itself gave such a calming relaxed vibe and we all loved it. All in all, 50/10! Book your parties here QUICK! I'm already trying to find an excuse to book a party here so I can return. It was a dream come true. Best night of my entire life. Thank you so much to this 5 star staff.
